2004 will be ‘THE YEAR OF THE CINNABAR’

Britain now has a huge reserve of Ragwort. Far higher than previously noted in human memory.  If a biological agent is released onto this large reserve of food, it has the oportunity to multiply rapidly. The only thing stopping rapid reproduction will be pressures against the agent, such as losses due to bad weather, heavy predation at some stage of its life cycle, disease or poisoning.
