Information Security
Customer information will be used only for the purpose of supplying orders and
notification of new developments. Customer information will not be forwarded, sold or in any way made available to other parties unless required to do so by statute or duly authorised bodies.

We will operate at all times in a non discriminatory manner
Environment
Our activities will be guided by a strong awareness of the enviorenment and the impact
any of our actions could have on the environment. Wherever possible we will select the option with the lightest impact. This is particularly relevant to our use of Peat in our Nursery activities.
Quality
Our procedures will be based around ‘Best in Breed’ practices from industries relevant to
our operations. Our products will always be ‘Fit for Purpose’ and customer satisfaction will be key in setting standards
Nuisance
We will never allow any Ragwort seed to escape from our nursery facilities. Ragwort
will only be distributed for research, educational, information or conservational reasons and will always be accompanied by appropriate control and disposal advice.
Safety
Our operations will always be managed and proceduralised with due regard and consideration
for the high toxicity attributable to the PA’s contained within Ragwort, its by-products and agents that feed upon it.
